Veteran rocker Sting will take his music to the historic Odeon of Herodes Atticus, known to Greeks as the Irodion (or Herodion), at the base of Acropolis in Athens.
The two shows, on June 22-23, 2018 will be part of the former Police frontman’s summer European tour and part of the Athens and Epidaurus Festival, which takes place every summer.
Sting is not a stranger to Greece. He’s performed several times with Greek singer George Dalaras, including a historic 2001 concert at Greece’s Olympic Stadium where the duo performed a Greek-English version of the song “Mad About You.”
