A total of 107 hotels in Greece, a mix of places to stay on the islands and the mainland, have been included in the new Michelin Hotel Guide.
Renowned for its much admired Restaurant Guide, Michelin is now producing a hotel guide, and the upcoming edition features numerous accommodation options across Greece.
In Athens, the famous landmark Hotel Grande Bretagne made the list, alongside the Grand Resort Lagonisi, King George Athens, Semiramis Hotel, The Margi, Periscope, The Modernist and many others.
The Peloponnese also had a number of hotels listed, including the Tainaron Blue Retreat in Mani.
Hotels from the always popular island of Crete include the Domes Noruz Chania, Minos Palace Hotel & Suites and Elounda Beach Hotel.
The picturesque island of Santorini, a tourism hot-spot, had the most on the list. Included among its chosen accommodation options were Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa, Katikies Santorini, Chromata and The Saint Hotel.
