Greece’s Interior Ministry. which handled the referendum has released an official projection– showing that the NO vote is set to win by 61 percent– a landslide.
Although votes are still being counted throughout Greece and less than 50% of the votes have been counted, the official announcement came from the Ministry itself and was shared as an “official projection.”
Thousands of “No” supporters have already gathered at Syntagma Square and are awaiting the official results, expected within minutes.
