Norse Atlantic Airways, a Norwegian-based relatively new player in the low-cost, long-haul airline market, has announced an increased in its established New York City to Athens flight schedule for the summer of 2025.
The airline, which focuses on affordable transatlantic flights, will enhance its Athens to New York route with increased flight frequency and the deployment of state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
Beginning on May 15, 2025, Norse Atlantic Airways will begin operating three weekly flights between Athens International Airport (ATH) and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York.
Flights will depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with plans to increase the frequency of flights beginning on June 13, 2025, with an increase to five weekly flights, with additional services on Fridays and Sundays.
A casual check of the airline’s flight schedule shows fares ranging between $350 and $500 for round trip service during the early summer months with fares increasing slightly in July and August.
