John Samos was, in fact, spotted getting make up and being filmed in scenes of My Big Fat Greek Wedding II in Toronto. The New York Daily News were quick to snatch up the photos of the 51-year-old actor who recently appeared with President Barack Obama at the White House celebrating Greek Independence Day.

Co-stars Nia Vardalos, John Corbett, Joey Fatone, Andrea Martin and producer Rita Wilson were also on hand for the scene, which had the well-dressed cast exiting a church (presumably after a bigger, fatter new wedding).
The sequel to the 2002 comedy hits theaters in March 2016. It’s not known who Stamos, whose father is Greek, is playing.
