Did You Know? There Are Kalanda (Carols) for Epiphany, Too

Much less well-known than the familiar Christmas and New Year’s “kalanda,” or Greek holiday carols, are the Epiphany carols.

Just like during Christmas and New Year’s, children sing these carols throughout towns and villages of Greece, but also during the cross throwing celebrations that take place throughout the Greek world.

In our effort to continue to share these wonderful traditions, find below a video with lyrics, as well as sheet music for the traditional Epiphany carols.
