Greek America’s Forty Under 40 Recognized at NYC Awards

The Greek America Foundation honored the Forty Under 40 Class of 2024 on November 15th with a celebration in the Melrose Penthouse in Astoria, Queens, New York City, known as the Greekest neighborhood in North America.

The Foundation’s bi-annual award recognizes North Americans of Greek descent 40 years of age and under who have excelled in their professions while demonstrating a commitment to community through their philanthropic activity.

This year’s honorees include a diverse group young CEOs, lawyers, academics, actors, musicians, digital content creators, and many others.

“We launched Greek America’s Forty Under 40 in 2010 as a way to recognize, honor and celebrate the brightest and most successful members of our community who excel not only professionally but also philanthropically,” Greek America Foundation Founder and President Gregory Pappas said. “We are proud to continue this tradition in 2024.”

With this year’s Forty Under 40 awards, the total number of exceptional individuals recognized in North America has reached 280.

The evening featured Taso Mikroulis and Amalia Kalogridakis as emcees, who brought their charm and sense of humor to the event.

Greek America Foundation’s Forty Under 40 was made possible by sponsorships from Melrose Ballroom, Carnegie Hospitality Group, Grand Cafe, Souvlaki GR and Stray Dog Gin.
