Lindsay Lohan Closes Mykonos Club as MTV Reality Show Also Cancelled

In what is a double whammy to the American actress-turned businesswomen, Lohan Beach House in Mykonos has closed and her reality show that MTV aired for a season about the running of that club, has also been cancelled.

MTV cited lukewarm ratings for “Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club,” which was shot on location on the Greek holiday island last year and featured the daily goings on at the club– which is also shuttered and now replaced by a club called “Blue Marlin.”

Numerous Trip Advisor reviews and Instagram posts confirmed, with vacationers attempting to call and reserve sunbeams or tables at the restaurant.

“We tried calling and emailing Lohan beach house, they never responded. They advertised being open for summer season, specifically late May. We drove past and it’s literally beat,” wrote one reviewer. “That’s not how you throw a party in Mykonos, Lindsay.”

Lohan denies the claim, saying the club is just ‘moving.’

She addressed the gossip site Page Six that made the original claims, directly, posting to her Instagram account, ‘I prefer my real life to be working with children and being with my family. The club is moving to other locations in the world, but not just the club, as I’ve stated on @wendyshow — so chill out page six,’ she wrote, followed by “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil apes.”
