The Hellenic University Club of Philadelphia is committed to fostering education and cultural engagement within the Greek-American community while providing scholarships to deserving students of Hellenic descent and those pursuing Greek Studies.
The HUC is now accepting applications for its 2025-2026 academic year scholarship program. The scholarships are available to U.S. citizens or green card holders of Hellenic descent who meet the program’s residency requirements. High school seniors planning to enroll in a four-year college, current undergraduates, and graduate students pursuing full-time studies are all eligible to apply.
Applicants must reside in specific counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware, except for the Eleftheria Scholarship, which has no residency requirement. The scholarships also consider financial need, academic achievements, and leadership roles in Hellenic organizations. All applicants must submit official transcripts, recommendation letters, a resume, and an essay detailing their qualifications and aspirations.
