Greece’s Eleftherios Petrounias won the Gold Medal at the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympics in the men’s rings competition.

The video (below) is from his Gold Medal performance, when Greece’s national anthem played in the gymnasium following his win.

NBC nicknamed him the “Lord of the Rings” as the reigning world and European champion breezed through one of his most difficult routines and shadowing the others in competition.
